The listing complies with Nigerian laws and NaijaBay policies.

NaijaBay reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain services, such as premium listings, featured advertisements, subscriptions, and promotional placements, may require payment.

All applicable fees will be displayed before payment is made.

Unless otherwise stated, fees paid to NaijaBay are non-refundable.

7. Transactions Between Users

NaijaBay does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any product, property, or service listed on the platform.

Users are responsible for:

Conducting their own due diligence.
